Name or ItemID based looting rule?

Hi guys~is it possible to have a looting rule based on itemID or item names?

There are only a handful of legendary items that I need, and i still find the item stats loot rules not convenient.

Use custom loot rules, there are plenty on the forums here that people including myself took a lot of time to make. You can modify them with minimal effort.

could you help me point to the right post? I am only looking to do it name-based, or ID based.
