Name on program to create profiles?

I have not used honorbuddy for years and i have forgot the name on the program used to create profiles to honorbuddy

u can make them by hand, u get the hotspot from honorbuddy, click the dev tools button, other than that there are plugins but there not needed, i found it easier to make by hand
