N00b ? about accounts

I'm new to WoW/WoW botting, botted other f2p games for a couple years tho. My question is, with the cost of sub to each vanilla acct for example, how many subs do people usually have? Does it basically just depend on how much in game/irl $$ you can make with each one? Reading through the forums it sounds like botters usually have several subs at once.

Most people on these forums have between 1-3 accounts...
Few of them do have 10+ and Boss himself has 180+ accounts

And few people make money on it. (By making money, I mean actually turning over profit - not just income).

I currently run 11 accounts 6 GB farmers, 3 ground farmers and 2 ah accounts

I make about $600 a month above costs.. Decent little bit of spending money

Ah k. Was thinking of buying few more those vanilla accts while they're cheap, dont have to activate them if I don't want. Better to activate a 2nd account just for botting rather than risk main account tho, I assume?

If you're doing it right, more accounts translates directly into more profit. Just have them going as much as you can.

This is true, but also with more accounts means more micro managing, or have private buyers do the micro managing for you.

I recently stumbled into a friend who asked me if I was... and I said yes I was, and she is a housewife and will do all of my micromanaging for me for a % cut on all of my servers.

Personally I would try and take some sort of mini loan and buy a TON of the discounted games. I myself am buying probly 200 dollars worth of them which is 600$ savings which is CRAZY.

heh I'd love to make extra doing this it seems like there's a lot of room for profit...got a half decent comp I'll have to test how many instances it can run when I get those vanillas

Yeah i have 3 accounts. 1 i use to play myself (minimal botting) 1 account i use to farm everything (10-12 hours a day) and the other i use for auctions mostly and to run my own GB that i have all my accounts tied to. I dotn really make much money but its more for helping my friends and ppl i know to get gold. My botting hobby pays for all of my WoW expenses.

I was wondering another thing about vanilla accts, is a lvl 60 acct useless for botting? Should I get vanilla-wotlk, or can lvl 60's still make some profit?

server dependant imo how much vinilla mats go for or rare pets such as the parot in stv on my server sells for about 13k + when any1 is bothered to farm it

I have 2 farmers, (1 is my main acct which is really risky, when HB is out im buying another though to bot to 85.. ) And a vanilla acct for trading gold.
