Here is a profile I russled up today, skins loads of Knothide Leather and Knothide Leather Scraps (which can be turned into Knothide Leather), this is due to a stack on my realm being 100g on the AH...

Tried this and my toon just flies around to hot spots marked by the profile. Never lands or attacks anything, just flies around.

It worked for me, full bag of knothide and scraps in a few hours.

Tbh tho, I found it faster to just skin everything in Black Morass than to use this profile. Too many scraps and not enough knothide.
