Description:
I'm using Gatherit autoangler profile to catch [Flying Tiger Gourami], [Mimic Octopus] and [Spinefish Alpha] to get rep with Nat Pagle - The Anglers. The issu with the profile is, it will fish in all pools you fly over. So i decided to modife his profile abit to suit me. What i did was. I put in this code: <FishingSchool Name="" Entry=""/> in to the file. And now it will only fish in pools that will give you a chance to get the quest item. Profile is tested and is working without a problem. All feedback is welcomed :)

can i turn in the quest as often as i want to or is it a one time thing ?

Hi, HB919O01,

You probably don't have 'pool fishing' turned on in AutoAngler. Give a read through the first post in the AA thread.

whats the code or what do i have to do to set up these profiles to go to the next one when i have caught the fish? making it more afkable.
 
Ran the bot for a couple hours, realizing the quest item is unique... Damnit! Seems kind of useless to make the nat pagle a bot if you have to do it yourself each time you find one =\.

Any way to make this work with profession bot? hand the quest in each time, and possibly train fishing if you use it to level up?

Would be a great way to level / rep / farm for fish all at the same time.

Edit: Ah I see... it's a daily quest. Drat! This will take forever!
 
I tried loading this profile into AutoAngler2 bot and I recieved this error:

Cannot load profile!
'>' is an unexpected token. The expected token is '='. Line 10, position 13.

Any ideas?
 
its fishing for me but i dont have the quests to get the fish and they dont show won that guy either ? what do i do ?
 
i use the profile to fish in wilds, all it does is to fly to dread wastes and fly in circles, yaaaay good bot xD

And yes i have the fish in pools enabled.
 
I really like your profiles.. im close to best friend with nat :)

but the profile for KW always fucks me again, it always flys around the "lionslanding" place and get dismounted and adds 5-6 mobs.. this really sucks =)
 
humm well I got the profile downloaded and now all she is doing is flying in circles... I have pool fishing on. (on the profile for the spinefish apha)

She would fly to areas where the pools were not even spawning. am not sure if it is a quest I did..but all pools are sha touched spinefish pools and in one big area.


Day 2! It works today but the pools are normal...is there some event that turns them into the sha touched spine fish pools? an any way I can add them to the profile list?

Added <FishingSchool Entry="218650" Name="Sha-Touched Spinefish"/> because Spinefish pool spawns were very low.

Good Evening. I think the profile/bot got confused from "Fish of the Day Event". The bot did not fishing from the location where the event was, instead of that, it was doing circles around the area :/.
