Use Questbot
Start the profile on Timeless Isle

If Huolon is not there it will wait for him to spawn then kill him, loot the mount then hearth to your Garrison.

Preferred level is 100 as the ground aoe damage he does can kill you very easy. This was not tested so please report back any issues.

I did a gogle translate after also experiencing the same issue. I killed huolon twice and it won't loot him. Not because of the bot though i turned it off and I still can't loot him. Ilvl 626 hunter. (not enough to survive all of his aoe apparently.) I think dying bugs looting him somehow.
 
I'm using this profile right now and it work very good for me (DK frost iLvL 611).

I loot Huolon but still dont have the mount.

I got one back when it first came. I got it on my first kill and had 0 rep. I dont think it ever was required to have rep. But yes, you are not guaranteed a mount on your first kill!
 
The only problem I see with this profile is there is usually horde around who will gank you so it's gonna be a tough one on a pvp server but hey that's how it goes

Yeah, I didn't think of that but then again, that could be said for any open world profile :)
 
It was standing in Storm Blossom about to die instead of looting it, so I stopped the bot and looted it myself as well as moved out of the aoe lol

However, didn't get the mount drop on the first time, so I'll wait and try again

Are you sure "Loot Mobs" was enabled?
 
For those having problems with loot, add this line of code just after the questorder tag.

This looks swell, I will give it a go.

I have to go out for a few hours, so this will be the perfect time to test this.

I am also in a non-pvp realm, so hopefully I don't get killed :)
