[N] [mail + vendor] KLAXXI farming Dread Amber Shards

Hello Forum.

I am using Honorbuddy for about a month now and I really want to thank all the autors, of all the Profiles I've used (Kickazz, Cava, Gatherit,Tony and many others).
I always felt, like I had to give you guys something back, for your work and effort. I played WoW for a long time, but made a new account, to play with friends of mine.
I reached lvl 90 in no time, due to Honorbuddy (imo its best to use Kicks Profiles from 1-85 and to switch to Cava's when you reach MoP 85-90) and now I have to farm
rep, for all the MoP fractions. I am using Daily profiles from Kick, Vego and Brodie, but I did not find a good Dread Amber Shards farming Profile, so I decided it was time for
me to begin writing my own Profiles, so here it is:

What do you need:

• Grind Bot
• enough empty bag space (I start with ~70 free slots)
• middle class gear (It does not fight against hard mobs, but it is faster to at least have ilvl 445)
  

Where does it grind:

• It kills Mistblade Ripper - NPC - World of Warcraft and you can see, where they are^^

What does it drop:

• See the drops list Mistblade Ripper - NPC - World of Warcraft
• I have added a screen with my drops after one night of farming

Isn't that only like 800 rep? Will take a long time to get exalted

Never mind, just found out it was 5 dreads for 275 rep, somehow I thought it was 20 dreads.

Yes,if you are farming only these, it will take a long time to reach exalted, but when you've finished the dailies, it is great to run it overnight . I am getting about 130 loots per hour and the droprate is 9%:

0.09*130 = 11.7 Shards per hour

you can turn in 5 for 275rep without bonus:

(11,7/5)*275 = 643,5 rep per hour WITHOUT BONUS

But once you reached revered, you can buy an Item, which will increase the amount of rep you will recieve by 100%, resulting in

643,5 * 2 = 1287 rep per hour WITH BONUS


But I would not suggest, to only farm Dread Amber Shards... The best method imo is, doing dailies (there are a lot of great profiles out there) and after that farming these shards...

Without Bonus:
Neutral -> Friendly: 3000/643.5= 4 hours and 39 minutes
Friendly -> Honored: 6000/643.5= 9 hours and 19 minutes
Honored -> Revered: 12000/643.5= 18 hours and 38 minutes

With Bonus:
Neutral -> Friendly: 3000/1287= 2 hours and 19 minutes
Friendly -> Honored: 6000/1287= 4 hours and 39 minutes
Honored -> Revered: 12000/1287= 9 hours and 19 minutes
Revered -> Exalted: 21000/1287= 16 hours and 19 minutes

But as I already said, I do not recommend doing this. You should always do dailies too

Now that you only need five per turn in, this is actually a great profile.

iv been farming an hour now and havent looted one...is there any pre-requisites before they drop?
