NOTE: It looks like an overall nerf on cloth drop rate has happened. I need more testing to confirm, so I will leave this here until I test the other places that I farm cloth at.

Profile Summary:
This profile will do an endless grind for Shal'dorei Silk in Stormheim.
I am trying to keep my profiles "Non-Faction" specific, so that they can be used on Horde & Alliance.
Botbase:This profile is to be loaded with the Questing Bot.
You should start this bot in Stormheim preferably - although zones like Dalaran might work as well.

Also try to provide the coordinates of the problematic location by using the Developer Tools in HonorBuddy.
