I couldn't find a good profile for this level that didn't require you to do the quest chain first, so I quickly chucked this together. Seems to be running well, but let me know if you have any issues.
There is no mailbox close by unfortunately, but it should be fine to run for 8 hours or so before you need to take care of it yourself.
