[N - Grind] Essence of Air/Earth

I wanted to enchant my BoA weapons with Agi/Str, but my server's crap economy had the Essences required at 90g a pop. So of course I went over to Silithus, used routes to lay down my path, and set honorbuddy to farming. An hour later, I had what I needed (and then some) and stopped. I doubt I'm the only one that has need for those mats, so I figured I'd give something back to the community. This might have been done before, but I'm too lazy to look for it. I got 225 kills/loots in that hour with 10 Essences of Air and 8 Essences of Earth along with a bunch of Elemental Air/Earth.

Vendor/repair and mailbox are in Cenarion Hold. Here's the path it uses:
