[N - Grind] 80-83 Mount Hyjal humanoid farming

Thanks to Grom for the location idea! His profile never worked for me, but looking around the area that he was farming, I got a good idea

This profile runs a loop around a fairly nice area, killing humanoids for experience and cloths.

My tests have been on a well-geared Mage (ilvl 270, in Frost spec), and poorly-geared DK (ilvl 187, in Unholy spec).
I know that a few obsidian deposits spawn nearby as well, so that might also be beneficial to anyone with Mining.
I was also getting a fairly decent amount of Embersilk cloths, as well as plenty of vendor items and BoEs.

Not sure it is very efficient XP and loot wise though. Each of the Twighlight Scorchlord you kill also needs to kill its Fiery Minion, the minion yields no loot and has half the health of the TS, so for every 2 minions you kill you could be killing a single target elsewhere and getting loot. Just might be able to get more bang for your buck with different mobs.

In case people don't notice, the download link for the profile was right below the picture.

No this does not support vendoring or repair, the nearest NPC with either repair or vendoring capability is extremely far away (that I know of anyways).

As for exp, I'e been leveling my mage with this profile for about 6 hours now. I reset Titanpanel's session right before I started the long grind, and I had no rest left when I started. Coming back 6 hours later, Titan Panel reported 420k exp/hour using this profile. I also managed to go from 80 to 82, and I also have 9.5 stacks of Embersilk cloth in my bags =D

Great path. I ran it overnight, and while it died (and couldn't get back to the corpse) it did manage to fill its bags with greens, cloth, herbs and ore before doing so.

awesome profile... running it now with my lvl80 warrior (T10 equipped) and after 1,5h i'm getting around stable 700k xp/hour

edit: well, just noticed that it would be appropriate to mention that this is with rested xp... still, 350k is very nice since i have not encountered any problems until now

When my toon dies it won't go back to corpse it stucks flying and sometimes hb crashes, what are you guys doing to make it go back to the corpse?

Trying it out now. I Haven't seen much embersilk drop here though. I'll let you know how I go after a couple hours.


Edit: I stopped using it after half an hour. Good xp, but only dropped 3 embersilk; then I got ganked by horde so thought I'd move on!
