[N] Siggen's Felblight skinning profile revamped
Hi guys!
A new version of the felblight farming profile is now ready, and since it's so vastly different from the old one (in some ways, atleast), I decided to give it its own thread.
What does this profile do that the old one didn't?
The profile contains two areas (I may add more, but as of 16.07 dd/mm, it only contains 2), and when you start the profile the bot will chose one of them randomly, and it will go there and start farming, given that you're already in Tanaan. Once it's there, it starts killing as normal, until you have killed or looted 30 mobs. When that happens, it will check how many mobs killed you have per hour and if that is lower than 220, it will assume that there's too much competition in the area, and it will move on to the next one. It also randomizes the path way more than the old one did, and it should thus be safer to use this profile.
NB!: None of these numbers (check after 30 looted, and change if under 200 KPH) are set in stone. I would love feedback on this, as I haven't been able to test it on high/full pop servers
How does all of this help me?
First of all, it should help everyone on high pop servers/servers with a lot of competition to maximize their felblights/hour. It also helps spreading people using this profile out throughout Tanaan, so that no area gets overfarmed, all of the cost of no decrease in efficiency for people with little to no competition.
Where does it farm, and where should I ideally start it?
You should ideally start it with The vault of the earth flight master.
How do I use this?
You simply download the zip folder at the bottom of this post, and extract it anywhere you want. When you want to load the profile, you choose "Questing" as botbase, then navigate to this profile and choose the "Felblight Loader.xml". After that the bot will do everything by itself, given that you are already in Tanaan.
Pros
-Decreases competition
-Uses random pathing, making it way harder for people to tell if it's a bot or not
-Contains two different areas, and makes sure the profile alternates between them as needed
-It's much more intelligent in it's pulling than the old profile
Cons
-Sadly, due to how the bot measures the Kills per hour, it resets the statistics under the "Info" tab every 30 kill or loot. This means that if you run the bot for a long while, you won't get any average KPH/DPH/LPH etc, only for the last 10 minutes probably.
NB2!: The profile needs all three files in the zip to work, and they must all be in the same folder
If you have any questions or problems regarding the profile, please post here or send me a PM. I will do my best to answer as fast and thoroughly as I can
