my 'unused' key

I recently bought a key, not knowing the bot was down or there was a new patch. Went to log in and connect the bot, got the usual, went to the forums and noticed "hey the bot is down". ok great. But I am coming back from having a lifetime license, now im paying HB for each day. And it started counting down since the first time i logged in the bot but was not able to use it

so my question is, am i going to be getting these days back?

I never had to worry about "how many day i have left" before
 
The clock does not start ticking on your new key until you use the bot. So its not running as yet.
 
That was what i thought, until i saw this which show my first 'use" dated and my expatriation date:

They have said a few times that if the key was bought after the bot went down the time would not start until the bot is used by you OR if you did use the bot then the time would be refunded. Eitherway you are or will not pay for the downtime. Period.
 
Will it extend automatically? And do i receive message to my email when update is ready?
 
we will extend them when done with the updates,you will be informed via forums
