My Trial plugin dont appear on ArcheBuddy...

Hello everyone, today i bought ArcheBuddy, i open the ArcheBuddy and open the game to, is working fine, so i try do test a trial plugin called Template Planter, (because i want to buy this one) but the plugin don't appear on my ArcheBuddy, i try to reload the program but just show plugin that came with the ArcheBuddy and not the Template Planter... Please i just have 3 days to test this plugin, can someone help me?

Are you sure, that your trial key binded to your buddy store account where you purchase trial version of Template Planter?

also have you checked to make sure its enabled in the store? Login to buddy store goto my purchases and make sure its enabled
