my toon does not buff himself.

hello, i cannot get my ret pally to buff himself with BoM or any blessing, he does not cast it even when left on ''auto''. im doing solo grinds with ''questing'' on. if anyone experienced this sort of issue and have a solution please do share. thank you <3
