My rogue will not turn to fight mobs - He just stands still and dies!! - please help

Hey all,

I'm using gatherbuddy at the moment with my rogue but he keeps dying all the time because he wont fight back when caught by a mob at various nodes- My paladin has no problems fighting and even makes sure the mob is in front of him but the rogue doesn't - Is there anything I can do here to solve this frustrating problem?
Any help from you guys is much appreciated
