My region keeps changing

Hey I have 2 honorbuddy keys attached to my account but for some reason the region gets set to NA when im in EU, I never been 2 NA or handed my account to someone over there. Why does this keep happening? Now I cant even log in anymore

hmm i thought this was happening to me, but i got kicked off HB today because it says i was being signed in else where, but when i go to buddyauth to see whats going on it says last login was Europe, and yet says no active sessions so there was no one to even kick off
