my refund story

so please don't tell me to email [email protected] or something like that, I emailed them at least five times and here is the interesting story.
I bought unknown buddy once it was released. But the first day it didn't work at all, so I decided to ask for a refund. luckily, the second day, most of the ppl got a ban wave, I didn't because I just can't use it. the buddy team replied me back to be patient about the bot and wait for the update. But I insist on refunding the bot, so they keep dodging the question, asking me, why would you want to refund? you should try it first! blahblah, things like that. I just keep asking for the refund but nope, they barely reply anything about it, just asked some nonsense questions to me. Now, they finally faced the refund word in my email and replied, "the decision was yours, this key is not in our Refund period".
Nice play buddy team. so this is how you gonna treat your customer with your refund policy? just kicking the ball around and wait for the refund deadline past right? and I have no place to post my story but here, [email protected] is useless. If you don't want to refund the key, you just say so and stop put the fake advertisement on.
