My ram can only boot 2133 mhz while its 2400mhz why?

i ordered kingston Hyperx beast memory 16 gigs 2x8 2400mhz but when i tryed at memory frenquency at the bios to load 2200mhz or 2400mhz it didnt booted up my windows then i tryed 2133mhz and that did worked without issue

but at the ai overclocker its set to auto what if i put that on XMP or manual would i be able to load then 2400mhz?
