Hi all,

well, i'm on HB since 2010, I was on Glider before that time.
First, i'm not a farmer or gold/leveling provider, i'm a player.

I bought a lifetime key.. no, not one, three lifetime keys.

I suffered bans and bans (lost also my main) but I continued playing and supporting the team.

I can pretty understand the position of Bossland: less income means changing strategies.

But we signed a contract. When I purchased the license it was clearly said that it was lifetime (i.e. 10 yrs, I remember).
I think best thing would be converting 10 years to let's say one year, but FROM the date of the decision.

To clarify that... sometimes my bank sends me a communication saying "rules are changed from 01/01/2017... if you refuse to accept within 30 days you can refuse and close your account...bla bla".
I can accept and continue or refuse and close my account, I have 30 days to decide.

Here it's happening something like "Rules are changed from 01/01/2015... ops...you are late... CLICK!"

What does it means?? If you change the rules (and I think you could) you should give time to people to understand, ask, and "migrate" them from their position a new one!

Now you DIDN'T give your customers any appeal. CLICK, GAME OVER,...

Bah, probably you are not acting so different from Blizzard... you are just banning lifetimers without giving possibilities.

All the best,

Marco

i feel exactly the same bro, 3 keys in trash.... but i buy a new one cause i need it only for questing, for cr i use another better bot base.
if bossland need money they have just to give us some new bots and all of us will be happy to buy them....
Where is legion buddy ?

it is a sad day for lifetime users.
maybe german law is different but if an Australian company pulled this id be confident of getting my money back.

Did you read the contract, or are you pretending you read the contract? What contract are you talking about? Can you share the link to the contract? Lifetime can mean anything. It's ambiguous.

That doesn't help them if they need cash now.

Now you DIDN'T give your customers any appeal. CLICK, GAME OVER,...

You know, they'd get the same feedback anyways, right? Everyone would still be crying. It's just delaying the inevitable.

Bah, probably you are not acting so different from Blizzard... you are just banning lifetimers without giving possibilities.

If they were banning lifetimers, they wouldn't be able to purchase any keys or use the bot.

In a perfect world yes, but from my understanding I don't think Bossland had a month to raise additional funds.
