Not sure when it happened but I haven't log into the game in 2-3 weeks. I never received an email so just going to try and appeal the ban. I NEVER botted on it once and was only using as a mule. It was legit paragon level 85 monk and had 700 million stashed on it before I took a break. I was hoping to sell that gold to break even from the recent ban I had 2 weeks ago(wasnt going to sell it at 25 cents but I checked that the price went up since Jay Wilson left)....At least I learned and the house always win lol(well for me). I wanted to say that DB was an awesome bot program and I have no regrets ordering 3 keys.

This community is full of trolls but some are cool. Not sure how I could prove that my mule got banned. here's a screenshot that im a legit customer and wont lie to you guys

Sorry for your loss. What did the ban email say?

sucks - never seen a 'mule' ban but I don't doubt it (i often suspect bans could be based on bot accounts dropping good items - for a mule to pickup - drunk thought of the day), just hope you went into all this expecting it to ease it all over

also lawl @hawker lol

Yeah I didn't even know I was ban until I tried to post on the Jay Wilson thread on the D3 forums. I have Gmail so it would of notified me right away if I got the email. On the forums, it states this

"
Origination: In-game Activity
Ban Type: in-game activities that violate the Terms of Use.
Expires: Monday, January 21, 2013 11:29:12 PM PST (in 2 days, 22 hours)
Ban Reason: N/A"

The ban must of been very recent as in the past few days? I remember on my previous accounts from botting that when I tried to post on the forum, it was 3 days to post on the forum(although it locked me out after the duration). It's weird how I haven't touch the account in awhile and was only used to transfer gold 2-3 weeks ago.

Oh a suspension.

"Ban Reason: N/A" - very strange.

Yeah and when I try to log in Diablo 3, the same ban message that some of us saw before. I just wanted to give a fellow heads up for people who had gold stashed though. I don't want to see the same shit happen to others and lose out on money because its tough times for alot of us

"It was legit paragon level 85 monk and had 700 million stashed on it before I took a break." Read much before posting?

Information would be relayed much quicker and less misunderstandings would arise if we could all agree to a better "report template" or posting in point/bullet form.

Is it me or does posting more than 5 lines in Sans-serif font in 1 single paragraph looks like a unreadable "wall of text"?

and i got denied

"Greetings

Thank you for contacting us. An additional review of the action taken against the Diablo III account on --EMAIL-- has been completed. We have confirmed our initial findings, and the account action will not be reversed or changed.

Actions are based on the violation's severity and take previous violations into consideration. This action was taken in accordance with the Terms of Use (Blizzard Entertainment:Blizzard Legal Documentation) and our Diablo III Policies (http://us.battle.net/support/en/article/diablo-iii-policies), which all players acknowledge and agree to before logging into the game."

Can't believe they would ban my (main) mule. it survived through like 4 ban waves. ;_;

So all you did was transfer gold to it ? How about you had it logged in on the same pc while db was running other accounts on the same pc ? Somewhere i read they can read processes running on the computer, so if that is true they see x accounts (including your main) and they see db process running in the background = all accounts are botting according to blizzard.

Am I the only one who sees it isn't a permaban? Only 3 days and so much panic about it...

This message is on the D3 forums. Even if your D3 account is permabanned, your battle.net account is only suspended from forums for 3 days

You could always respond the the ticket you opened asking for a clarification on what your offenses were, stating you never received a ban email.....

They should give you a list of what violations they banned you for.. Such as...

Code:
Account Action: Account Closure
Offense: Unapproved Third Party Software
A third party program is any file or program that is used in addition to the game to gain an unfair advantage. These programs may increase movement speed or teleport heroes from one place to another beyond what is allowed by game design. It also includes any programs that obtain information from the game that is not normally available to the regular player or that transmit or modify any of the game files.

Cheat Programs ("Hacks")
We take action against accounts using hacks when a hero on the account is identified using a hack program. Hacks provide benefits normally not achievable in the game. Such benefits may include: increased speed, teleportation, or running through walls.

Automation Programs ("Bots")
We take action against accounts using automation programs or bots when one or more heroes on the account are identified using a bot to achieve automation.

Ok in that case you should really spamm until you get the banreason.

Well this seems like the end and they got back to me within 2 hours.

Hello!

Thank you for your continued correspondence. After a thorough final review of the action taken against this account, we have arrived at the same conclusion. The action will not be reversed or changed under any circumstances.

We understand that you may still have concerns regarding the action, but we must reiterate that it was taken to address a violation of the Terms of Use (Blizzard Entertainment:Blizzard Legal Documentation), which all players accept before logging into the game.

As this issue has been reviewed by multiple representatives, it is now considered closed. If you have questions regarding a different account or issue, please feel free to contact us again. However, further inquiries regarding this issue will no longer receive a reply."

They're just going to ignore it if I submit another ticket about it. My diablo 3 career is over :( Good luck all
