my login code is not working

I havent played in over a year or so and my codes not working anymore am i missing somthing?

i cannot even login to the program my code is no longer working.

"You have entered an invalid key. If you are using an old shop username, they are converted to key login and sent to your registered email address. Please use your key to login"

if you havent register at www.buddyauth.com with the SAME e-mail address you used during checkout, once inside you should be able to view your keys.
