my log about the nevigation problem of DB

I have upload my log.
and i have mentioned my problem in this:

in the great N the DB can not Navigation and the character just stays or goes round in circles.
the servers china and asia all have this problem and just happen today.
the error in DB is :
Patiently waiting for the Navigation Server.

up to now,the problem still exist in china server.
and sometimes happended in asia server(every time end in GreaterRift)

Also, please use local cloud provider like aliyun or tencent in China, dont use aws or azure, you know why.

in fact,we can only try to connect to asian or china server.
the problem still exist in china server and have lasted for 30+ hours.(up to 2017/8/5 12:00am)
AS for asian server,sometimes problems still exist!
characters will stay on ground without any actions.
