My Keys are missing and i have email recipts.

Like i said i bought a 2 keys and have used them for years. when patch 7.1 released i took a break. Now i come back to wow today and when i try to find my key on the buddyauth page its gone... Can a owner or mod please help me i pay for keys and i have the proof.
I am a loyal customer who always returns year after year. ANY response and assistance would be greatly apretiated

i didnt mean the page was gone, i ment my key was gone i had one old expired one and another one

the rest is blank after this. i had a lifetime key and its not 2018 yet >.<

as stated on the link above,LT keys are getting expired within 2 years after their activation

Dunno if this might help, but the Authportal also has regions. If you login under the wrong region, NO keys are shown. This might help you?

@Tony , i was already busy finding other bot supply-ers so i can continu the bot business, and i didnt expected this: But i actually don't like to see you guys leave with certain products from the scene. So i'm a little sad because of this. I found you guys too expensive, and i was extremely angry when my lifetimes got turned into a shorter time. But it was quality we had here, and due to Blizz. this is gone now. Thanks for everything you gave us with the software and the hard work! <3

So how are you going to give different things to people who paid for the same thing we all paid for a lifetime key, yet some of us get 10 years out of it and some only 2? that is not what i agreed to when i paid
that is wrong. no need helping me with my key. i wont be buying another.

Im not some dude who bought one lifetime key and never posted on forums. ive been using honor buddy, buying multiple keys, forum post, profiles and giving back to the community that gave to me. This company used to be about community and high quiality product.
I consider this theft, and i will not be supporting any company with these morals(or lack there of).
im sure im not the only long term member(used HB since wrath, 9 years) that has this veiw.
