My key no longer works.

Hello, my key is no longer working. I clicked on the link and read the thread about the lifetime keys changing, ect. However, I purchased my key 12/3/14 so it should still be working until June 3 2018 according to the thread. I also clicked on the link on the thread to update Honorbuddy. What did I do wrong?
