Hey @DomBlackBR!
Im not a staff, But ill try to help!
Try these.
1. Make sure PokeFarmer is updated to the most recent update. You can do this by simply closing out and reopening the program, and it will prompt you if it is not updated!
2. Make sure no one else has access to your email, Someone else might be using your account if someone else has access to your key/email.
3. Make sure your typing the key exact, If copy and pasting it wont work, type it out exactly and try that.
If the problem still persists, you should probably contact support. Hopefully they can help more then i can and get you suited with a new code
PS: Deleting your "Cache" Folder might help, But i doubt it since you reinstalled.
