Hello.
I purchased a profile through the buddy store. A couple of days later, I realized that you guys double charged me for the profile (you can see the records on my purchase history). For this reason, I filed for a return for (1) of the 2 purchases. Now my HB key is invalid.
Please help and clear up my account. Thank you. I can provide Paypal receipts.
