my key is expired!!!

mmmm HELLOO..

My key was to expire sometime this month.. but not before it took 33 weeks or even more to get the bot going again..

WHY Wasn't MY time added? you figure that because it is expired I wouldn't care... Paid for a life time it was removed.. now I have been on hold for more than 3 weeks and still no time added the bot jsut came back I want my 3 week or how ever long it took for the bot to come back up to be added. How do i proceed to get that done.

You expect me to renew my KEY??? LOL NOPE I want time added due to the bot being down fro so god damm long and than when it expires again.. I am moving to a new bot.. you ain't getting another dime from me.

They DID add time to everyone's keys for the downtime..

The bot was down 8 days, they added 10days.

Bot is still down. "Tripeware off" version is not up. So they have to add more time to us.
