my key are doing my HB not to work properly

hi! i have problem with routines. i have tried tuanha routines and even others at buddystore.
I get a problem in each routine i try. different errors.
a guy i talked to (tuanha sent me to him) he tried with my key also and did get same errors.
but when he tried with a couple of different keys he could use the routines correctly?
What can be the problem.
Im not home at the moment so i cant add a logfile
