My honorbuddy wont show me the tools and settings tab

My title says it all when i click on tools and setting the area of the program does not come up. I have closed and reopened the program with no luck. If anyone knows how to fix this id really appreciate the help. Thanks in advance.

mouse over windows bar and you will see the window if you maximize it
