My HB wont log on ?

My honorbuddy says this when ive logged in to it and nothing els happens. Cant press on anything. someone that knows whats up ?

Ive gotten this problem after a blue screen. Turns out HB's settings were corrupted after the crash.

Try moving / deleting your settings folder then restarting HB.

tryed to move the settingfolder but still the same. ive put an attatchment of my most recent file

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
