My HB and GB are not working at all

My HB comes up saying its missing files in the folder, everytime I reinstall it's still missing the folders
along with my BG telling me to reinstall everytime I try to run it getting pretty frustrating so any help would be wonders.

right click on Gb.exe and then run as admin
