My HB Acc is buggy.

Hello Admins,

I bought HB and GB 1 year account and now I have a problem.
If I want to sign with GB everything is normal.

When I log into the forum, he also says I am logged into the chat he tells me incorrect password or user.

If I want to log in with HB stands Authenticating..
Authentication failed.


please resolve this problem, I've paid so I would also botting.

if your new, then welcome to the boards.

To help you out, as a none mod id tell you this.
The bot is going offline for 7 days from tomorrow if your EU, because 4.0.1 patch will take place and they have to update everything to the new system.

The authenticate failed you have can be solved by pressing it a few times and you will get trough.
Also keep in mind that the details you login with have to be your shop details and NOT your forum details.
So with that said you can bot for 1 day and then wait for the bot to be fixed for the patch.

ps. everything in big letters and BOLD is not nesecary to do.


edit: remove your mail, its not nessecary mods/bossland can see it. or you'd have to pm them.

dont post personal data in public
the forum log info can be diff from bot info

make sure that you are on the latest Hb release and also give 2-3 tries on auth cause it can be slow
