My harddisk temp is this...that ok? (pic inside)

As the title follows. I don't know if this is good or bad. Need a guru to say yes or no and some extra info would be good.

It's a false reading.
It wouldn't be operating at 400 degrees.

No problem. I dont know HDD temps off the top of my head, but I'm sure its around the same temp as the motherboard.
