my gatherbuddy wont work

for some reason when ever i try to start it says

Changing current profile to level 0 - 2147483647
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

and i have no clue what that means

Is mining checked in the options and you don't have a mining pick?

Did you even load an appropriate profile for the place you want to farm or did you just press start?

I loaded the 1-525 mining/herb profile and i have a mining pick and all the options are check for mining and herb

It's a profession buddy profile not gatherbuddy2
