My exilebuddy shutdown itself.

I bought the exilebuddy life time
my accout is "mootooza"

I have problem about the program.

Sometime I'm running the exilebuddy and it shutdown itself.
Sometime I'm stop the exilebuddy but still open it and it shutdown itself.

I have log files for you.


please tell me what's happen?

I replied to your question in the other thread, but the answer is still the same. If you're still having auth server issues, I'll have someone from the auth management team check out this thread. Due to time zone differences and current support tickets, there might be a delay in when someone can check out your issue (as it's a large forum with a lot of users).

If It's ok on wireless, how can i fix this problem. First, I try to add an exception in my firewall and my antivirus for EB.

I tell you something.
First time I'm run the EB last month untill today in the same computer,same wireless,same network. This problem started on Release ver. #35.
I have two computers and change that to running the EB. Main computer run EB on wireless,another one run it on Lan network and this problem happened same too.
If the reason in my firewall, why the last month dost not happen.

I'm running EB about 5 mins then it shutdown itself. Sometime about 10 mins.

Do you have another way to fix my problem?
