I just bought the demonbuddy and have read the user manual. I have done everything it has instructed me to. I used a profile for an act 3 gold bot. When i use the bot, he just runs past mobs and doesnt attack. What am i doing wrong?

There's a lot of information you're not including that anyone that could help you will need. There is a support forum which you should use in the future.
Demonbuddy Support
There, you'll see there is a thread that will teach you the format for submitting your requests for help and include the necessary information to get the help you need.
Without any of that sort of information, the first thing I'd suggest is this:
1. Log into your character
2. Log into Demonbuddy
3. Load your profile
4. In Demonbuddy, go to the Settings Tab (Don't confuse this with the Settings button under "Load Profile")
5. In the Kill Radius text box, make sure there is a number. If there is no number there, then that's the problem. Enter a number (40 is best) and then try to press play. You'll want to set your loot radius to something as well if it's not also set.
