my demon buddy auto crashes in milliseconds

Hi, I downloaded the demonbuddy, also paid for a year session. i am facing a serious problem i have no idea how to solve

What happens is: IT JUST AUTO VANISHES AFTER I OPEN THE FILE, plz help, i could get a glimpse of the enter key box and something with blizzard on the bottom, it vanishes in like less than 0.5 seconds, plz help

press Ctrl-Alt-Delete, and see if Demonbuddy.exe is still running in your task manager.

if it is, then check your start menu application tray, and see if it got minimized there.

if not then upload a full log as an attachment so we can see whats up.
