My Db wont work anymore

Until today all works perfect but now my DB freeze.

make a new DB installation from scratch using the latest beta build

Sry but now I have another problem. Every time I restart DB I get

Ok if I reinstall DB all works fine again. But that is a bit ....

restart your machine and try again

Now I just restart DB several times and works ok. But I will have in mind youre proposal for next time.
