I hope someone can help me here. I am really getting frustrated. My DB key is being use by someone else or maybe even many different people. I was getting a message last week, and here is what it said
"This key has been used in the SouthEastAsia region recently. You can use your key only one region at a time. Your session on the Europe region has been invalidated."
"Shutting down in 20 seconds"
and now this morning I am getting this message
"This key has been used in the Europe region recently. You can use your key only one region at a time. Your session on the SouthEastAsia region has been invalidated."

But what is weird, I live in the US. Also this key is used for 3 different bots, which I bought the key to be used for 3 different bots. I have the email that shows I purchased it and am the legal owner, so if someone else is using it, that would be a problem.
Please let me know what I can do. I can send to the proper people the email I got from you guys when I purchased it to show I am the rightful owner.
