My DB does not work

I bought DB yesterday and tried to use them but when i first turn it on, it says Demonbuddy has stopped working and when i turn it off and turn it on again it says max session authentication failed.
I tried killing the session and tried everything it said on internet but it still does not work.
Please help me what I need to do now

Well either way your demonbuddy isn't going to work after the patch I'd suggest restarting your computer and trying again once the update is released for demonbuddy

go here Log On - Buddy Auth Portal kill the session then restart demonbuddy but its down right now because of new patch
