I bought honorbuddy maybe 2 months ago from today, and I have had nothing but success. So far I have leveled a Druid from level 63 to Level 80, and also a Mage from level 33 to 80. Both of them made enough money from loot and quests to pay for their own epic flyers when i hit 80. These now make my 5th and 6th level 80s. Also when I was not leveling from bots, I was on my 80 deathknight, farming iceweb silk. I current have made 18k from that profile alone. I also botted pvp on my mage and druid, and in 2 days, made enough honor to have full lvl 80 pvp gear on both toons.
I am now botting professions to get my herbalism up as well as mining. And so far seems to be pretty decent. Bot is slower than playing urself, but hell, its levels you didnt have to do.

-2 Reputations exalted from farming (60,000 total rep?)

-Maybe 100 deaths total between all toons?
------Tips For You That I did-------
-Install an alert plugin, so that if you get a whisper, or someone is near you, you will be notified.
-Bot an average of 10 hours per day per toon, max is 12.
-Take your time testing out all of the available profiles
-Use a custom CC if there is a good one for your class.
-Do NOT be in a guild.
-Update your gear every day. Do not be afraid to spend profit at AH.
-DE ALL GREENS, every single one from 1-80. Mats at lower levels tend to sell for more.
-Make a bank and set it 2 be a mail recipient.
