My client keeps crashing, even after I've used some hours on the wizard, update fix.

Everytime I try to load up the launcher while HS is open too, it crashes.
Then when I try to open it again it says my key I just got doesn't work.
If I then restart HS and open it again it just crashes and does the same.
I've already tried doing the install wizard thing (show on pic ). Still crashes

Got the same problem, crashes on startup. Can I get support via skype/teamviewer? I bought 3 days for 1 euro but I think I lost my money now..

I want a refund, bought a 3 day trial to your so called "Bot", but I get no reply on your forums. This is a scam. I've used this day on trying to get to an mod or admin to help me with a common problem, which I tried solving but couldn't.
And since none could help me it's just a scam.
