My character keeps sending empty mails

I'm having a problem with all my profiles. When my character tries to send items, she just keeps sending empty mails nonstop, leaving the items on my bags. Could you tell me what am I doing wrong?

There has been a few people with this problem. And i don't think there is a solution.

But i could be wrong.

It sucks because not only it doesn't send the items, but also keeps spending money and then you have to waste time deleting empty mails.

Now it suddenly works right. This is so weird.
