My bot stands in arcane beams and fire chains for great victory

So, I just started using Trinity, and first of all, it is pretty awesome. Very smooth. The only issue I have is against elites that are arcane or firechain. God help me if they're both. I'm running a critical mass variation on my wizard. He does decent dps (about 136k before deep freeze proc). The bot seems to run around often into firechain or the arcane beams. It will also do this with the poisonous trees in act 1. It doesn't seem to recognize that there is poison on the ground. I was wondering if there was some settings I could tweak on the combat routine to maybe help prevent this from happening. He'll die 2-3 times to those types of mobs, and I actually find myself loosing out (money wise) at the end of some of them. I realize nothing is perfect, and I wouldn't have that expectation. Any help is appreciated. Also, if this is the wrong forum for this question, feel free to punt me away.

Avoidance just doesn't work right, it never did. I hope they redo it soon, but in the meantime you just need to build your bots to be more tanky

Ah, I see.

Well, once I get some gold, I'll work on buying a tank set of gear. I recently upgraded my DPS stuff to be much better, but it broke the bank.

Thanks for the info. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't blatantly missing something.
