My bot just says "Loading Profile" and its not moving

Hi, Rahmy84, and welcome aboard.

We've never encountered a failure mode like this. It looks like Honorbuddy just idles for an hour at a time. Some examples:

Something is seriously broken, as both the WoWclient and Honorbuddy should've logged you out during these idle times. Its particularly disturbing the WoWclient did not take action.


First, let's make certain your WoW installation is intact.
  • Use the World of Warcraft launcher (World of Warcraft Launcher.exe) with Windows adminstrator privileges (right-click → "Run as administrator")
  • Go to the WoW icon from the panel on the left
  • Options
    → "Scan and Repair"
  • Let it finish this task then close the launcher

Second, let's make certain your dependencies are intact. Please carefully follow the steps for "Repairing it manually" in this article:


Third, a 'clean install' of Honorbuddy is in order:

As stated in the article, It is important for the clean install that you:
  • Use a NEW directory in which to install Honorbuddy (e.g., C:/Honorbuddy/)
  • Do NOT copy anything from a previous Honorbuddy installation
  • Do NOT install any third-party products
  • Disable the streaming of all products from the Buddy Store
Please leave it in this configuration until we get your problem sorted.


If no joy after doing the above activities, please show a fresh log from the 'clean install'.
