My ArchaeologyBuddy stops survey when a mob attacks me

My ArchaeologyBuddy stops survey when a mob attacks me and my character dont attack, just stands there and doing nothing. I tried manually to attack the mobs and after that the bot resumes to dig.
Anyone knows what to do?? Thanks!
