My account is not activated

I read through a lot of threads here but I haven't found anything to solve it myself. Anyway, I read that Bossland has to activate some accounts manually depending on the payment option.

It says that I can't log in and says my key is in active what do I need to do?

I have gone through the steps of the guide but I still cannot login and my key is still inactive.

whats the error you get?

In valid account details. But my password and user name are correct, and here Log On - Buddy Auth Portal it says my key is still inactive. Also it says "buddy session 0/0" and "shared session 0/0" if it helps.
