Hi Support,

My 1 year account expired according to Buddyauth dispite it not being 1 year since purchasing it. Could someone please look into this. Username Jovetic.

you need to give your id that sales id.
 
I don't know where that is, it was back in November last year I purchased this. I'm sure they can check thier records based on my username?

Never midn, found the issue. The upgrade didnt work, as i use kicks profile updater and FPS i dont copy all the folders, just the the new ones etc, I just tried a fresh installation and it worked. PLease close this post.
