My account gone?

Hello this is pepsigoesmoo ive had a lifetime account for prolly 2 years now. I was usin the bot today as well. i was archology botin got sick of that went back to level me 75 dk logged on it and it said pw was wrong. I went to forums to reset pw thinkin oh yeh Cool soemthing just might of stuffed up and it said no account is binded to that email or someshit. So it looks like my account of 2 years has been mysteriously deleted i was bottin on 3 accounts at once. on 1 pc and The shared sessions went from 3/5 to 0/0. Says something like Invalid account details autheniticafation failed or something. When ive alwaz used them account details. Can someone plz fix this.
 
Haveing the same issue myself. if anyone can give a solution that would be great ty

well the forum account for pepsigoesmoo still exists, its not banned from the forums or anything.
have you tried logging into Bossland GmbH using the your old credentials?

The username or password you have provided does not match our records. on that site you said.

even tried to do a password reset it said the email i entered doesnt exist on forums or someshit.

the forum account is not the same as the shop account, you need to reset it on the shop, your forum account dosn't matter

i put in pepsigoesmoo for the pw reset thing But it didnt send me shit in my email.
 
make sure you remember the correct email, and check your spam folder
 
in case you still have problems make a post on payments section and Bossland will check it
include your invoice id
 
well the e-mail you registered the new acount with isnt the same one listed for your old account. so its sending it to the wrong place.

How am i going to get my invoice id from a year ago? i use outlook i have my 3 email adress's in there automatically i clicked send/receive No email from here Just emails from people responding to my posts.

i can validate who i am with bossland from All info put in the account thing.
